These terms govern all paid advertising services. By purchasing a Paid Service, you agree to these terms, our main Terms and Conditions, and all other platform policies.
Our Paid Services
📌 Featured Listings ("Promote")
Increase the visibility of a specific ad for a set period. Features may include:

Pinning/Sticking: Placing an ad at the top of its category.
- ✓
Highlighting: Making an ad stand out with special visual treatments.
- ✓
Refreshing: Automatically bumping an ad back to the top of listings.
🏢 Business Subscriptions
Tailored packages for professional users and businesses that list items frequently. Features may include:

A higher limit on the number of active ads.
- ✓
An increased daily limit for refreshing ads.
- ✓
A set number of "pins" or "featured" ad credits per month.
Payment, Billing & Cancellation
NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
All fees paid for any Paid Services are final and strictly non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether your ad sells, receives inquiries, or is removed for a policy violation.
Payment & Cancellation
All fees are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel anytime, but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods.

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of your advertisement.
Our Rights & Disclaimers
Right to Reject or Remove Ads
We reserve the absolute right to reject or remove any ad, including paid ones, at any time if it violates our policies. No refund will be issued for removed ads.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not promise or guarantee that promoting your ad will lead to a sale or a specific number of views. Ad effectiveness depends on many factors like demand, price, and quality.
