- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, without being forced to delete your entire account (unless the data is essential for service provision).

Data Security & Breach Notification
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
Breach Notification: In the event of a security breach that poses a risk to your privacy or personal data, Masaqa is committed to notifying you and the competent department at the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as mandated by Article 14 of the PDPPL.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you a password, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the website or via email. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
