Masaqa is an online venue that connects buyers and sellers. It is crucial to understand that:
- We are not a party to any transaction. The contract of sale is directly between the buyer and seller.
- We do not own, possess, or inspect any items listed on the platform.
- We do not process payments, offer escrow services, or provide financial guarantees.
User Accounts & Content
🔞Eligibility & Security
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account password.
📝Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you post, including its accuracy and legality. By posting, you grant us a license to use it for operating and promoting the service.
Prohibited Conduct
Do Not Do The Following:
- ✗Violate any laws of the State of Qatar.
- ✗Post false, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- ✗Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- ✗Post hateful, obscene, or threatening content.
- ✗Use automated means (robots, spiders) to access the service without permission.
- ✗Harvest user information or distribute spam.
- ✗Impersonate any person or entity.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Service
The Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, nor the truth or accuracy of user content.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the last 6 months, or (b) 100 QAR.
